Oetker Collection Pearl Partner is the brand’s preferred partner program for selected luxury travel agencies. Clements Travel is an Oetker Collection Pearl Partner agency, which means we can book eligible Oetker hotels with added benefits.

Benefits can include daily breakfast for two, spa or food & beverage credit, upgrade priority, early check-in, late checkout, welcome recognition and property-specific extras. At select hotels and rates, a confirmed one-category upgrade at booking may also be available.

At selected Oetker Collection hotels, the credit is EUR 85 for a one-night stay and increases to EUR 170 for stays of two nights or more. The credit may apply to spa or food and beverage depending on the property.

Spa credit can apply at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, Le Bristol Paris, Fregate Island Private and Jumby Bay Island.

Food and beverage credit can apply at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, L’Apogée Courchevel, Château Saint-Martin & Spa, Eden Rock St Barths and Palácio Tangará.

No. Benefits vary by hotel, stay length, room category and rate type. Clements Travel checks the exact Pearl Partner benefits before quoting and confirms them in writing.

For Oetker Collection hotels, Pearl Partner is usually the first route we check because it is Oetker Collection’s own preferred partner program. Virtuoso and Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts can still be useful in some cases, especially if there is a special offer.

No. Oetker Collection does not have a points-based loyalty program. There are no points, tiers or free night redemptions. Benefits are usually based on the booking route and the hotel relationship.

Yes. If your preferred Oetker hotel, room category or date is not showing online, Clements Travel can check with the hotel and help with a waitlist request. A waitlist is not guaranteed, but it can be worth trying at hard-to-book properties.
