Does it cost more to book through a Four Seasons Preferred Partner?
No. In most cases, Preferred Partner bookings are made at the same publicly available flexible rate offered directly by Four Seasons. The difference is that additional benefits are often included at no extra cost.
Which Four Seasons properties participate?
Most Four Seasons hotels and resorts worldwide participate in the Preferred Partner program. We can confirm applicable benefits for your chosen property before booking.
Can I earn Four Seasons benefits if I book directly?
Preferred Partner benefits are generally only available when your reservation is booked through an authorized Four Seasons Preferred Partner agency.

No. Preferred Partner guests receive upgrade priority, but upgrades are always subject to availability and occupancy levels. Our goal is to maximize your chances of receiving an upgrade whenever possible.
How much is the hotel credit worth?
At many Four Seasons properties, the hotel credit is valued at approximately US$100 per stay. Suites, villas and certain promotional offers may include larger credits.
Is breakfast really included?
At most participating hotels and resorts, daily breakfast for two is included when booked through Four Seasons Preferred Partner. The exact breakfast benefit varies by property.
Can Preferred Partner benefits be combined with special offers?
Often, yes. Many Four Seasons promotions such as complimentary nights, resort credits and Experience More offers can be combined with Preferred Partner benefits. We will always check the best available option.
Can I book suites and villas through Four Seasons Preferred Partner?

In most cases, payment is made directly to Four Seasons according to the property's booking and cancellation policy. You are not paying Clements Travel for the reservation.
Do you see my credit card details?
No. Where a credit card is required, Four Seasons will typically provide a secure payment or authorization link directly to you. We never see, store or process your card information.
Will I receive an official Four Seasons confirmation?
Yes. Your booking is made directly with Four Seasons and you will receive an official Four Seasons confirmation showing your reservation details and any applicable Preferred Partner benefits.
Can you take over an existing Four Seasons booking?
In many cases, yes. If you already have a Four Seasons reservation, we may be able to transfer the booking into the Preferred Partner program and add benefits. Approval is always at the discretion of Four Seasons and depends on the booking type and rate.
How do I request a booking transfer?
Simply email your confirmation to hello@clements.travel and we will review the reservation and let you know whether a transfer is possible.
