Yes. Eligible Marriott Luminous bookings earn Marriott Bonvoy points and Elite Night Credits in the same way as an eligible direct Marriott stay. Your Bonvoy number can be attached to the reservation and qualifying stays continue to count toward status.

Yes. Your eligible Marriott Bonvoy status benefits sit alongside your Luminous benefits. This is particularly useful for Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite members because Luminous can add benefits such as hotel credit, breakfast and preferred partner recognition on top of existing status benefits.

Luminous is generally based on Marriott’s eligible flexible or Best Available Rate rather than a discounted Bonvoy member, prepaid or points rate. Clements Travel does not charge a booking fee, and we compare the available options so you can see whether the added benefits justify the rate for your stay.

No. The hotel credit is an enhanced benefit offered by select Luminous properties rather than a universal benefit across the program. Where a credit is available, we confirm the amount and how it can be used before you book.

Sometimes. If your existing reservation is still refundable and the hotel has an eligible Luminous rate available, we may be able to rebook it with Luminous benefits. Prepaid, points and other restricted rates generally cannot simply have benefits added afterward.
