Plan a longer Japan trip across Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka with added Four Seasons benefits throughout your stay.

When you stay at three participating Four Seasons hotels between June 15 and September 15, 2026, you can receive hotel credits, breakfast, selected transfers, and Green Car Shinkansen tickets for two guests.

• One-way Green Car Shinkansen tickets for two guests between Tokyo, Kyoto, or Osaka

• Daily full breakfast for two people per bedroom, served in a hotel restaurant or through In-Room Dining

• USD 100 hotel or resort credit per guest room, per stay

• USD 200 hotel or resort credit per suite or specialty suite, per stay

• USD 200 credit per bedroom, per stay for eligible Villa and Residence Rentals

Key Conditions

• Minimum two nights at each hotel

• Shinkansen tickets are subject to availability, especially during peak periods and public holidays

• Offers are subject to availability, blackout dates, and rate restrictions

• Not valid with special rates, contracted rates, group bookings, or other offers unless confirmed

• Credits cannot be used toward room rate, taxes, resort fees, service charges, or outside vendor charges

This is one of the most common questions we receive.If you have already booked directly with a hotel, email your confirmation to hello@clements.travel and we will take a look.

Depending on the hotel, rate type and booking channel, we may be able to transfer the booking into a Preferred Partner program and add benefits such as daily breakfast, hotel credits, upgrade priority, early check-in and late check-out.

While this is not possible in every case, it is often worth checking and there is no cost to enquire.
