The next two years are set to be huge for luxury travelers. Some of the world’s leading hotel brands, including Aman, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental and Rosewood, have confirmed new resorts and city hotels across the globe. From Mozambique to Napa Valley, here’s a detailed look at the most anticipated luxury hotel openings for 2025 and 2026.

Aman has announced a new safari lodge in Mozambique, Aman Karingani, set within the 150,000-hectare Karingani Game Reserve. This will be Aman’s first safari-style property in Africa and one of the most exciting new luxury safari lodges on the horizon.
I’ve been waiting forever for Aman to open something around safari in Africa and honestly thought it would never happen. It’s great to see that they’re going back to their roots of opening properties in special and beautiful locations rather than focusing so heavily on city expansion. Remote, nature-immersed locations are what Aman does best.
The resort will focus on privacy, space and immersion in nature. Guests can expect game drives, sundowners in the bush and serene evenings in suites designed to blend seamlessly into the landscape. For those looking to extend their trip, Mozambique already offers excellent luxury resorts such as Kisawa Sanctuary, making it easy to pair a safari with time on the beach.
Also on the horizon is Aman Singapore, part of The Skywaters development which will soon be one of the tallest towers in the city. Scheduled to open in 2028, this highly anticipated project will bring Aman’s sense of calm to the heart of Asia’s busiest financial hub.
Suites will feature sweeping skyline and sea views, with a full-floor spa, branded residences and a private Aman Club. The design takes inspiration from Singapore’s colonial-era “Black and White” bungalows but updated with modern Aman style.
This will be one of the most important new city hotel openings in Asia.

Four Seasons has confirmed a major new ski project in Colorado: Four Seasons Resort and Residences Telluride. This ski-in, ski-out resort will be located directly by the gondola, offering unmatched slope access.
The property will combine luxury accommodations with private residences, making it one of the most anticipated new ski resorts in North America.
Having experienced Four Seasons Vail myself, I know this brand sets the bar high in Colorado, and Telluride should become another flagship in their mountain portfolio.

The Caribbean also has something new to get excited about Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is already taking reservations for stays beginning November 20, 2025, and it’s shaping up to be one of the biggest luxury resort openings of the year. December dates are already tight, which tells you everything you need to know about demand.
The resort sits on 483 acres of former coconut farm in the Bahía Beach community, just half an hour from San Juan airport. More than 65 percent of the land is preserved as sanctuary habitat, so it’s not just about the beach (though you do get two miles of that as well). Guests will have access to seven miles of trails, lakes, canals, and a Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course, along with a spa, multiple pools, racket club, and all the usual Four Seasons touches.
Accommodation will include around 139 rooms and suites, plus 85 private residences with options like private pools and oceanfront terraces. Dining is being expanded to nearly ten different outlets, from Mediterranean and sushi to casual beachside grills and poolside service. The arrival and pool areas are being redesigned to open up full ocean views, so the overall feel is set to be fresh and very Four Seasons.
