What makes the credit a little different from many other luxury hotel programs is that the amount can increase depending on how many nights you stay.

A one-night stay receives one credit level, a two-night stay can receive a higher credit, and stays of three nights or longer can receive the highest credit available at that hotel.

How does the COUTURE by Langham hotel credit work?

The credit is a food and beverage or spa credit per stay.

It is not a credit for every night.

Instead, the length of your stay determines the amount you receive.

For example, at The Langham, London:

1 night: £50
2 nights: £100
3 nights or longer: £125

So if you stay three nights, you receive one £125 credit during the stay.

Langham lists different credit amounts for different hotels and destinations.

What can you use a Langham hotel credit for?

Langham describes the COUTURE benefit as a food and beverage or spa credit.

Depending on the hotel, this can be useful for dining, drinks or an eligible spa treatment during your stay.

We recommend charging eligible spending to your room so the hotel can apply the credit before checkout.

The exact way the credit can be used can vary by hotel, so we confirm this with the property before our clients arrive.

Is the Langham COUTURE credit per night or per stay?

The credit is per room, per stay.

The number of nights determines the value of the credit, but you do not receive a fresh credit each night.

Langham also states that back-to-back reservations at the same property within a 24-hour period are treated as one stay.

So splitting a four-night stay into two separate two-night reservations would not create two separate COUTURE credits.

Can you get a COUTURE credit on a one-night Langham stay?

Yes.

One of the useful features of the program is that participating hotels can provide a credit even on a one-night stay.

For example, a one-night eligible COUTURE stay at The Langham, London receives a £50 credit, while participating US hotels listed above offer US$50 for a one-night stay.

That makes COUTURE worth checking even when you are only staying at the hotel for a night.

What other COUTURE by Langham benefits are included?

Although this guide is focused on hotel credits, eligible COUTURE bookings can also include:

• One-category or preferred-room upgrade at check-in, subject to availability
• Early check-in, subject to availability
• Late checkout, subject to availability

These benefits sit alongside the hotel credit, so the overall value of booking an eligible COUTURE rate can be higher than looking at the credit alone.

How do you get the COUTURE by Langham hotel credit?

The credit is not automatically included with every Langham reservation.

COUTURE benefits apply to qualifying reservations booked through participating preferred partner travel agencies using the appropriate COUTURE booking channels and codes.
